A series of workshop videos to help you:

(b) how to support your students to make resourceful decisions for themselves;
(c) understand the powerful role that your language has in managing behaviour; and (d) learn some effective and results based strategies that allow your students to take responsibility of their disruptive behaviour, and minimal stress on you.
WORKSHOP VIDEO 1:
Why I know so much about behaviour, the brain, effective learning strategies and managing disruptive behaviour.
We dive into behaviour, what is behind it and 'what makes us, us."
WORKSHOP VIDEO 2:
Unpacking behaviour and look at the areas of how to create a healthy, safe, secure and productive learning environment, in relation to navigating disruptive behaviour.
WORKSHOP VIDEO 3:
We unpack the 2 solutions tools that you can use for results based reflection in any area of your life, and we unpack it in the context of your classroom.
Launch into a new term or a class reset with these tools!
PD Certificate Option
I have put together a PD certificate of achievement for those who would like to claim the time they invested into watching the videos + a reflection document for your portfolio, pd log or accreditation. There is around 4.5-5 hours of PD you can claim and thought some of you would find it valuable. I have the student and classroom worksheets in the kit as well xxx
BONUS WORKSHOP VIDEO
Dive deeper into the 'why' behind behaviour + what is masking.
You will learn about you, your students and human behaviour in general, so you become a better facilitator and educator.
