Week one is a "getting to know" your students phase and learning about their development whether it is in a subject area (Secondary Teachers) or developmental stage (Early Childhood Teachers). You want your students to get to know you as an educator and build rapport with respect. Their will be assessments and observations as well as planned activities for your students.
